A new retail look

Customer research indicated that Q8 retail sites were no longer delivering an exciting visitor experience.

We designed a new Q8 retail identity based on vibrant colours and materials, as well as new lighting technology, to create a modern, dynamic feel for the brand.

The new colour palette of silver and bright blue is distinctive and has the additional benefit of giving Q8 a consistent appearance during the day and at night.

Better customer experience

Circle refreshed the entire customer experience, making it easier and more efficient to use, and allowing Q8 to align its retail operations across its three European markets.

Coupled with updated corporate brand tools, the new Q8 experience is delivered at every touchpoint. The new retail identity is set for a rapid roll-out programme in Italy following Q8's successful tender to take over the Shell network.
