Allied Oil wanted to build on the equity of their strong name and distinctive colour palette (red and yellow) whilst modernising and improving their image to help support business growth. They have clearly defined values and a strong customer service ethic that sets them apart from competitors but the design and messages communicated to customers did not live up to the standards of international competitors. Circle delivered an invigorated brand identity, stationery, corporate communications and promotional tools in order to help Allied compete more effectively. This was supported by retail design for the forecourt environments to deliver an improved customer experience at every touch point.
