Bakeria is the in-store bakery owned by leading UAE fuel retailer Emarat. Created by Circle to add a high-margin food-to-go brand to the Emarat retail portfolio, it offers fresh baked goods and gourmet sandwiches on Emarat forecourts and beyond. Our research showed that consumers within the UAE wanted more fresh foods available to them in convenient locations and at reasonable prices, and the Bakeria brand was developed to meet those needs. Circle designed every aspect of the customer experience, from interior design to packaging and uniforms. Using Circle's guidelines, Emarat has rolled out the Bakeria brand across its network to huge success, and is now offering Bakeria as a franchise opportunity to other retailers. Leading regional investors have already signed up to offer the brand in shopping malls and business districts across the UAE.
