Al Maha

Circle was invited by Al Maha to help define a new brand strategy to support the next phase of their business growth. Circle organised and facilitated workshops and interviews with employees and senior managers from across Al Maha’s businesses in order to get at the heart of Al Maha’s culture and ambitions. Circle then developed a new positioning, a 10 year roadmap for success and a defined personality and behaviours to bring the Al Maha brand to life. The final approved brand strategy is firmly centred around ‘serving the people’ and a commitment to delivering value to all stakeholders, from new convenient retail offers and surprising levels of customer service through to fostering a positive and rewarding internal culture.
