By 2009 Al Maha was ready to start planning the next phase of its development strategy. No longer the pioneering newcomer and under increasing threat from developing competitors, Al Maha asked Circle to help re-define its brand strategy, develop a new retail identity and communications tools to support ongoing business growth.
