Principle started life as a signage company, but quickly grew beyond corporate signage into graphics, specialist interiors and other areas of brand implementation. The resulting Principle Group portfolio contained an array of divisions managed independently from separate sites, which seriously hindered communication and cross-selling. Externally, the existing brand failed to stand out from the crowd. Circle created a new system that unified the group's divisions and gave Principle clear differentiation and purpose in an industry not noted for the sharpness of its own brands. As the business has grown, Circle has helped Principle to further extend its reach by defining the strategy for Principle360, the group’s global implementation network.
